Your District does not need to be Transitioned into the Financial Transformation Project yet (as long as your Region has begun FTP) to utilise the new ‘Licence to Hire Hall/Facility’ form on your Region FTP website in the coming couple of months. However, if your Region AND Districts have not commenced FTP we would still love to have your Facility details in advance so they can be live from the date your Region Website becomes live immediately.
To complete the form and add your hall/facility, you need the following:
Contact Details for your nominated Facility Manager / District Manager or other person organising Hire
Location Details of the Facility
Bank Account Details for Payments
To simplify Transition, we prefer if the Bank Account Details you provide are for the Bank Account you intend to Transition in 2023 into the new Finance System. This will make Transition easier when you do it and ensure we have records for compliance in 2023, as well as the GST we now have to report on.
We want the Licence Agreement to have local District bank details for payments, and any regular invoices issued by Bookkeeping for regular hall hire. Without a District Account we have to use a Region Finance Bank Account and everyone would rather put the income where it's of most use!
This way you can use the new Hall/Facility Licence Form prior to Transition and lighten your volunteer workload!
